Some of you know that I have been in business for 20 years, but did you also know that I started by doing sessions in my kitchen. Literally in my kitchen. I made this rough wooden frame that my couch would hold up and I’d clip navy blue hotel blankets to it with binder clips. Classy, right?
Amy is one of my original clients who had her family pictures taken in my kitchen. Amazingly she came back more than once. Ha! And fantastically I got to photograph Otto for his senior pictures a few weeks ago. They still have the pictures from when Sadie was a baby and Otto was a toddler (they are 16 and 18 now) up in their house. That warms my heart!
Originally the idea was that we would just do a family session and Otto could use one of those pictures for his yearbook. I just couldn’t resist taking a few extra of him right outside where they were eating dinner. I’m glad his Mom talked him into bringing a second outfit that was a bit more ‘him’. (Love that beanie!’
Thanks for coming out to Suncadia for your session guys! So glad I could take you to my new favorite spot for pictures!
