This morning I am off to pick my girlies up from Camp DDD. This is an annual camp they go to over at my in-laws (Dean, Dubs and Deana). The girls look forward to this camp every summer. Not only is it a great excuse for us to make our annual Tie Dye T-shirts, but the girls get to make all sorts of crafts (this year it is string painting, scarf making and cupcake decorating) and Kate gets extra opportunities to beat her Grandfather at Uno. (You do not want to bet against that kid!)
Of course the girls aren’t the only ones that look forward to this camp every year. Mr. Fun and I got to have date night two nights in a row, and I got a ton of work done. I devoted one whole day to all the errands I didn’t want to do with kids in tow. You know what I’m talking about Moms. I was able to string together eight stops in a row without bribing anybody or losing my temper. My productivity also spiked this week. I made books, ordered canvases and finalized holiday promotions. In fact, this new blog format is courtesy of Camp DDD!
Thank you D, D & D!
