I don’t understand. How am I here again? Just when I thought I’d finished the race with Jill and sent her safely off to college the fun started immediately with Ellie signing up for ACT and SAT tests. Oh my!

This smarty pants has already applied to the one school she wants to go to. I’m going to honor her superstition and the school shall be know as ‘ItWhoShallNotBeNamed’. WHEN she gets in I will be shouting it to the hills! She will probably know by the time her senior year starts where she is going to school. She picked this school because it isn’t huge, it’s not TOO far from home, and it’s got a good football team. Of course, once she saw it all other schools paled in comparison.

I have to admit that I thought it was strange that both of my oldest kids only applied to one school. But then again, Mr Fun did the same thing. Apples…meet Tree.

Ellie had a plan for her senior pictures and I think we executed perfectly! The only thing we could not get was her silhouette because the forest fire smoke made it too hazy. That’s okay, though, because it gives us an opportunity to take that picture with her two besties on another night!
