A few weeks ago Gina and her family rented our Suncadia house so their whole extended family could celebrate the 50th anniversary of their parents. What a milestone! A golden milestone!
On top of all that they hired me to come and photograph them all together. It was the perfect opportunity because they don’t all live in the same state so they don’t always get a chance to be together. I love it when I get a chance to photograph these kinds of sessions because these pictures are so important to have! These pictures are so fun to look back on and are treasured memories for future generations.
While I was driving over the pass to the session it was dumping snow. It was sunny on the Suncadia side but I knew what was coming. Gina, being the brilliant organizer that she is, had all of her people ready a half hour early so we could start our session as soon as I got there. We got ALL the weather during our session. We got cloudy, snowy AND sunny. Welcome to spring in Eastern Washington. Ha!
My favorite picture from our session is the one up above. I love it so much because it was sunny AND snowy at the same time and it looks so magical that it almost looks fake. I didn’t photoshop it, honest!!
Here are my favorites from this fun family…
I swear this last picture was from the very same session. Gotta love all the different lighting you can get in ONE session in spring! These two are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year!
