Being the youngest kid and third in a row of birthdays is hard. It means you have to wait FOREVER until your party happens. At least that is what Kate was thinking. Like the other two girls we just had a little pizza and sleepover party but she could hardly wait.
Of course I needed a theme so I picked owls because I love them and I know Kate does too.
This is the girls doing their impression of owls…
Mr. Fun went all out on the scavenger hunt this time. He didn’t use the theme at all but found some awesome clues on the interwebs. This was the first clue. (The answer was TOASTER.)
Another clue had the girls unscrambling words…
The big girls are normally not allowed to help much but the party girls had run off on a wild goose chase so the big sisters finished the puzzle clue for them.
The final clue had the girls finding mood rings in the dryer. Kate was over the moon since she’d been jonesing for a mood ring for awhile.
The girls all enjoyed their jammies and movie snacks and sang along to Camp Rock 2. I thought for sure they would all still be awake by midnight but, according to MY party girl, she was the last one asleep.
I had a volunteer commitment that meant I had a leave a few minutes before the girls were picked up. It all went fairly smoothly except for the fact we were left with a pair of yoga pants, a tank top, a hair scrunchie and a shirt. Not sure if somebody walked out completely naked or if they were all missing a piece!
This concludes the birthday season for the Enebos. Thanks for playing along!
