We’ve been doing a lot of shopping for Ellie all summer to get her ready for the year at Boise State. This year, for Ellie’s official day for school shopping, we were in search of a few shirts and some final items from Ikea.

It will be interesting to see what her room in our house and her dorm room end up looking like. At this point I can’t separate the college stuff from the regular stuff because it’s just been boxes since we’ve moved in!

We started our day out with lunch at Red Robin because that is one of her favorites. Of course I had to ask the annual questions…

What are you most looking forward to? ‘Getting to know my roommate Maddy and joining a sorority.’ I love that this introvert is getting connected with people right away. Sororities at Boise State are clubs instead of live in houses. Can’t wait to see where she ends up!

What are you most worried about? ‘Going to bed so late!’ Ha! By this point in the summer I used to make my girls start going to bed earlier and get up earlier so they would be on the right schedule when school started. For Ellie we need to get her to stay up later!
