Last weekend I had the pleasure of shooting six families in one morning. You will get to see a little sneak peek of these images over the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned!
If you’ve been a faithful reader of my blog then you might recognize these guys. I have shot their family pictures since little man Asher was a newborn. It’s amazing to look back and realize that there was a time when this kid sat still. Probably because he was just a few weeks old and not moving much under his own power. I’m pretty sure that he hasn’t been in one place for more than a few seconds since then! Big brother, Grayson, is wise beyond his nine years and knows just how to wrangle his brother all the while giving me great smiles. He’s a pro!
Here are my favorites…
When Shelly arrived she asked for a picture with Curious George and I knew exactly what she was looking for. Shelly was my middle girlie, Ellie’s, kindergarten teacher. Once or twice a year her students get to bring George home for the weekend. The kids document the weekend by scrapbooking pictures of George’s adventures. Of course, Shelly gets the first turn so she can show the kids what she is looking for. I heard the Starbucks barista was not so helpful, BUT the firefighters, who were also waiting for coffee, were most accommodating with their truck!
Here’s a shot of me shooting them..
And, just for fun, here’s the shot I got…
